ORDERS

Shipping and handling charges are applied to your order during the checkout process and are non-refundable.

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

Canada: 6­ - 12 business days
World: 10­ - 20 business day

97.66% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at support@miltonwes.co making sure you quote your order number. We'll see what can be done.

When placing your order, be sure to provide us with an accurate email and phone number so we can communicate the status of your order. Upon submitting an order, you will receive an email message to confirm receipt and a tracking number when shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

.All refund request must be submitted and approved by www.miltonwes.co.  We require all refund request to be submitted within 7-days after the confirmed delivery date.  

The following items are non-refundable:

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

We do, however, accept and offer size exchanges to our customers

Packages sent out from our US fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility. Its address: 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273.

Meanwhile, packages sent out from our Europe location are automatically returned to our Europe fulfillment center. Its address: Lidostas parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167. 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Please Note: Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Additonal Notes

1.  Orders and shipping selections are subject to verification.

2. Shipping and handling charges are calculated before any applicable taxes. Where required by law, sales tax applies to shipping and handling.
